Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Mr. Cleary was an investment banker at Raymond James for three years in New York where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions for companies in the retirement services, payments and vertical software sectors. Prior to joining Raymond James, he worked in the Capital Markets Advisory Group at Lazard.
