Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Mr. Winner spent three years in the Financial Institutions Group at J.P. Morgan in London where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions. Prior to J.P. Morgan he qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG in London where he was part of the Financial Services Transaction Services and M&A teams. Mr. Winner is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Aghanori was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he specialized in assurance services to clients in the asset and wealth management sector. Mr. Aghanori also spent a portion of his career as a manager at SS&C Technologies, Inc. where he served private equity clients.

Education:
New York State Certified Public Accountant and received a Master’s degree in Accounting from Queens College, City University of New York.
