Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Mr. Choi was a Tax Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s real estate funds tax practice. Mr. Choi has extensive tax experience in the private equity industry, addressing U.S. tax considerations related to both inbound and outbound investments. At PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Mr. Choi worked closely with private equity fund sponsors to develop sophisticated fund structures for different types of investors and managed large tax compliance engagements.
