Individual JCF team members are actively engaged in supporting their communities, lending their time and talent to a range of important causes.

Mr. Flowers’ philanthropic activities are largely through the J.C. Flowers Foundation which is dedicated to resolving health and social issues both at home and abroad. The Isdell:Flowers Cross Border Malaria Initiative focuses on malaria elimination in Africa and Circles of Support works with recent parolees on reintegration in the Harlem community.
