Education:

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Shatzkes was the Chief Compliance Officer of TZP Group, LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser to private equity funds, where she worked to ensure firm-wide adherence to the Compliance Program, Code of Ethics, and applicable regulations. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, she was an Associate at Fore Research & Management, LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser to hedge funds, where she focused on compliance and investor relations. Ms. Shatzkes began her career in 2012 as a Legal Consultant in the legal departments of BNP Paribas and Societe Generale where she developed and implemented plans to comply with the Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
